I love to paint water and sky, and the pure reflection of the scattered clouds over the receding sun was an inspiring image. It makes me think of the settling of the day, the mental clarity in the evening as the day has distilled; as even though the sky is changing, moving, there is a transition, a peace and acceptance is reflected in the still water.
